Validate integration credentials and, for Chat2Desk, connect it end to end

Checks the connector credentials. For Chat2Desk with a valid token it also leaves the integration working in one step: looks the integration's webhook up in the customer's account, (re)registers it when missing, disabled or with an outdated event list, and syncs the channels. healthError is null when healthy, "invalid_credentials", "webhook_not_registered" / "webhook_disabled" / "webhook_events_outdated" / "webhook_url_outdated" (old host or secret) (only when the automatic re-registration failed) or "webhook_check_failed" (Chat2Desk could not be queried; previous health kept). channelCount / channelsError report the channel sync.
